The surprise drug test was part of the two-day drug symposium in Laguna supported by the Association of Barangay Chairmen to strengthen the Barangay Anti-Drug Council and Barangay Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Seminar sponsored by the City Government of San Pablo through the effort of Mayor Loreto Amben S. Amante.
