The Philippine Nickel Industry Association, in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry and the Chamber of Mines of the Philippines, showcase their bamboo advocacy at the ‘Bamboo Extreme 2.0’ event of the 2018 Manila Fame design and lifestyle fair. PNIA believes that bamboo reforestation is the way to move forward to responsible and sustainable mining while helping local communities with economic opportunities.
