Inari Sukiyaki officially launches new home in BGC

Inari Sukiyaki, known for its innovative take on the classic Japanese sukiyaki experience, has officially opened its second store at the 4th Level of SM Aura Premier.

Spearheaded by husband-and-wife duo Rich and Maxine Sanz, the expansion brings a more premium and intimate dining experience with new offerings and exclusive features that set it apart from its first branch at Robinsons Magnolia.

Rich and Maxine are passionate food lovers who share a deep love for Japan and its cuisine, especially Kyoto. Rich brings over two decades of experience as a multi-awarded and recognized entrepreneur in the food and restaurant industry, while Maxine adds her flair as a longtime avid foodie and thought-leader in the global fine-dining scene.

Together, they’ve crafted Inari Sukiyaki to reflect their shared love for Japanese cuisine, creating a space where guests can enjoy their favorite dish in an authentic and engaging way.

Unlike its food hall concept at Robinsons Magnolia’s Public Eatery, the new store at SM Aura Premier is a full-service restaurant offering a larger space for guests to enjoy their meals. With a seating capacity of 21 at the dining bar and a private room for up to 10 people, the branch is perfect for intimate gatherings, dates, celebrations, or even business meetings.

A visit to Inari Sukiyaki isn’t complete without experiencing its signature bar seating. Guests can watch their orders prepared right in front of them while interacting with the crew, creating an immersive dining experience that’s at the heart of the brand.

The BGC store introduces exciting exclusives, especially the melt-in-your-mouth A5 Wagyu from Shiga Prefecture in Japan, a premium offering prized for its exquisite marbling and flavor. Other BGC exclusives are the Sapporo Draft Beer, a range of Japanese Gelato flavors, and refreshing house-brewed iced teas.

Guests can savor iconic dishes like the Kyoto-Style Sukiyaki Bowl, featuring dry sukiyaki served with Japanese rice, and the Tokyo-Style Sukiyaki Bowl, with sukiyaki soup and glass noodles.

These offerings are complemented by an array of non-beef options like the House Special Ebi Tempura, Sizzling Salmon, and King Prawn Aburi, and other small plates and signature rolls.

With its thoughtfully designed interiors, exclusive offerings, and enhanced dining options, Inari Sukiyaki BGC offers more than just a meal; it delivers a unique Japanese dining experience. Whether you’re looking for a casual dinner or a venue for a special occasion, Inari Sukiyaki is the perfect destination.

With a seating capacity of 21 at the dining bar and a private function room for up to 10 guests, the store is ideal for both casual diners and intimate celebrations. Reserve the private room for your next celebration or drop by to enjoy an unforgettable meal at the dining bar.

Inari Sukiyaki also offers the convenience of delivery through GrabFood. Walk-ins are also welcome any time as reservations are not required, except for the exclusive use of the private dining room.
