Cebu Pacific said Wednesday it is offering a one-way flight voucher to any Philippine destination for only P99 to attract more passengers.

The CEB Super Pass, a limited-time offer available from May 5 until May 12, 2021, is a travel voucher that gives passengers flexibility and accessibility.

“The CEB Super Pass is a timely option for guests who would want to travel whenever they want, wherever they want in the country, at a guaranteed low fare,” said Candice Iyog, Cebu Pacific vice president for marketing and customer experience.

"With the widest network in the Philippines, we offer this one-of-a-kind product that enables us to fulfill our commitment of providing fast connectivity and value-for-money deals for everyJuan,” she said.

For only P99 (one-way base fare), the travel voucher may be used in any Philippine destination in Cebu Pacific's odest domestic network for travel from May 12, 2021 to May 31, 2022.

A maximum of 10 vouchers per transaction is allowed, but there is no limit to the number of total vouchers each passenger can avail.

CEB flies to 32 domestic destinations, mainly from its hubs in Manila and Cebu

Cebu Pacific earlier raised about P40 billion in fresh capital  as part of its multi-pronged approach to working with capital providers, creditors, suppliers and other stakeholders, especially its employees to further strengthen its financial position amid the crisis.

The capital raising exercise will provide the airline with the needed runway to withstand the financial challenges it faces as it slowly goes back to pre-COVID business levels and settles into the “new normal.”

Cebu Pacific earlier reported a net loss of P22.2 billion last year, coming from a P9.12-billion net income in 2019.

Revenues amounted to P22.6 billion in 2020, down by 73 percent from 2019. The airline carried 5 million passengers last year, representing a decline of 78 percent compared to 2019.
