3 groups interested In PSALM properties

Three companies expressed interest in the real estate properties of state-run Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corp. in Loboc, Bohol; General Santos City; and Camalaniugan, Cagayan.

PSALM said Wednesday it held a pre-bid conference on Nov. 17 as part of the process for the second round of public auction of its Loboc, General Santos City and Camalaniugan properties.

Bid submission deadline for the assets was set on Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. “The pre-bid conference provided an opportunity for prospective bidders to raise any questions that they may have relative to the terms of the sale,” PSALM said.

The three interested bidders that participated in the pre-bid conference were Sta. Clara Power Corp., SPC Power Corp. and Cagayan Electric Cooperative II.

PSALM set the minimum bid price for the 13,204-square-meter Loboc property at P12,139,000 and the General Santos City property with an indicative area of 1,868 sq. m. at P10,974,500. The minimum bid price for the Camalaniugan property with an indicative area of 2,148 sq. m. was set at P3,222,000.
