PT&T Corp. said over the weekend it secured the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certification of quality management system as it provides better broadband services and helps clients with their digital transformation journey.
PT&T’s first ISO 9001:2015 certification was issued by BQSR, a globally recognized ISO certification body with a specialized wide pool of auditors and technical experts conducting audits across various industries including telecommunications.
PT&T’s said the decision to strive for the accreditation shows its adherence for continuous improvement of its products and services.
“I am proud to say that we’re now ISO-certified. This achievement demonstrates our commitment to the customer as we always seek the highest levels of quality in our bid to better serve their needs,” said James Velasquez, president and chief executive of PT&T.
