Teleperformance, the global leader in outsourced customer experience management services, is continuing its countryside expansion by hiring more agents in General Santos City next year.
TP launched its second Cloud Campus microsite on Pioneer Ave., marking another milestone that also signaled the opening of TP’s 24th business site in the Philippines. Teleperformance is the first global business process outsourcing company to open in the area.
The Cloud Campus microsite is a physical site dedicated to supporting TP’s revolutionary work-from-home solution, the TP Cloud Campus, which connects home-based communication experts to their Teleperformance team via Cloud Campus hubs that include high-tech features to keep staff involved while retaining efficient operations.
The site will open more jobs for residents in South Cotabato, allowing them to work closer to home. TP also hopes to contribute to the capability building and economic growth of the province.
Teleperformance targets to employ more than 1,000 team members in General Santos and other neighboring provinces through the microsite.
