Century Pacific Food Inc., the country’s leading canned food manufacturer, said Friday it expects revenues to grow 10 percent to 15 percent this year as the company continues to expand business domestically while looking for more opportunities overseas.
CNPF executive vice president and chief operating officer Gregory Banzon said in a virtual press briefing while the company continued to expand its market in the country, it was also setting sights on various international markets to have a sustainable growth.
Among the overseas markets the company expects to have significant growth in terms of sales were North America, Asean and Australia.
It said the company was also making inroads in markets like Russia, Europe, Middle East, China, Singapore and Africa.
Banzon said that at the height of lockdowns implemented by various countries to curb the spread of COVID-19, the company was able to meet the surge in demand for canned tuna and canned meat products.
