Villar Group ventures into transport services

The Villar Group of Companies said over the weekend it ventured into the transport service business with the launch of online delivery service mobile application Get All.

Get All transport services include on-demand delivery, vehicle rentals, shuttle and shopper services to key cities inside and outside Metro Manila.

“Get All is the company’s solution to the high demand for transport services that arose because of the limited movement brought about by quarantine restrictions,” the group said in a statement.

It aims to serve the market’s need for on-demand delivery, ranging from small items such as food and documents, to bigger items such as parcels and appliances.

The mobile application can be downloaded on Android Play Store and Apple App Store and is now available in Metro Manila, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Cavite, Pampanga, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Bataan, Cebu and Cagayan de Oro.

An initial feature of the mobile app is parcel delivery, where customers can arrange delivery of items from small sizes such as documents, food, clothes, supplies to bigger and bulkier items like appliances and raw materials.

Get All will also service the online delivery requirements of all brands under the Villar Group including AllHome, AllDay and Coffee Project.

Customers will be able to book a vehicle by selecting parcel delivery icon, putting in the pick-up and delivery details, selecting the vehicle type needed based on the items to be delivered―motorcycle, MPV 300, MPV 600 or light truck. As soon as a rider is matched to the order, customers will be able to monitor the status of the delivery through the app.

Meanwhile, other services offered by Get All are purchase service, Rider for a Day and shuttle service.

Rider for a Day allows for multiple drop-offs and multiple rides, with exclusive use of the designated rider for eight hours, as long as total distance of deliveries is not more than 50 kilometers.

This service aims to maximize deliveries per trip, making it possible to serve multiple customers in a day without having to book a rider each time.

It also aims to support micro, small and medium enterprises with an affordable rate of P1,000 for motorcycle vehicle. Rider for a Day is also available for sedans, vans and light truck vehicles, the group said.

Get All can also accept delivery bookings online via instant messaging and text messaging.

The Villar Group of Companies, led by former Senate President Manuel Villar Jr., is engaged in property development, retail and banking through subsidiaries Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc., Starmalls Inc., Golden Bria Holdings Inc., All Value Holdings Corp. and AllBank.
