Rockwell Land Corp., the real estate arm of the Lopez Group, said Wednesday it is developing a residential complex and a shopping mall in a 3.6-hectare property in Angeles City, Pampanga that will generate P6.7 billion in sales.

Rockwell Land said in a disclosure to the stock exchange it teamed up with TGN Realty, a part of the Nepomuceno Group of Companies, to construct three residential towers with a commercial development.

The new Rockwell residential community is expected to be launched by the second half of 2021. Each tower will have 10 to 15 stories, with units ranging from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom and sizes from 44 square meters to 142 sqm.

Its retail component is expected to be the Power Plant Mall in Angeles. It will also be the first Rockwell mall outside Metro Manila.

Designed as the Rockwell Center in Makati, the residential towers and the mall will be connected via an underground passageway for the community’s convenience.
