The Philippine Stock Exchange Inc (PSE) will hold its second annual InvestPH investment conference from March 17 to 19 in Taguig City to highlight investment opportunities in the country and its publicly listed companies.
The event follows a successful inaugural run and aims to bridge the gap between institutional investors and the local market. Throughout the three-day program, fund managers and investors will hold one-on-one meetings with 47 participating listed firms.
“After the successful inaugural run last year, we are bringing back InvestPH to reconnect foreign and local institutional investors and fund managers with our listed firms. This is also an opportunity for other capital market participants to get updates on recent developments from the government and stakeholders of select industries,” PSE president and chief executive Ramon Monzon said.
The conference structure features a plenary session on the first day. This session includes presentations and panel discussions covering the outlook for the Philippine economy, monetary policy, the broader business landscape, capital markets and specific key sectors.
The PSE is co-hosting the event with HSBC. Session sponsors include UBS Securities and the British Embassy in Manila, while Bloomberg serves as the knowledge partner for the forum.
