Manulife Philippines, a leading global financial services provider, has appointed Rachel Marie “Rhea” Vizcarra as its new chief operations officer (COO).
Vizcarra brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in operations and business transformation.
She is set to lead and empower Manulife Philippines’ operations team, focusing on key initiatives to elevate customer experience, enhance operational performance, and drive innovation.
Under Vizcarra’s leadership, the team will prioritize transforming the company’s claims experience, improving overall customer satisfaction, and streamlining processes for increased efficiency.
These efforts will also involve managing risk, enhancing productivity, and driving strategic initiatives aimed at achieving sustainable growth and solidifying Manulife’s position as a market leader.

Prior to joining Manulife, she served as the head of operations for a leading non-life insurance company and held a regional operations role covering the Asia Pacific region for another global financial services company.
