Emperador Inc. said Wednesday sales of Emperador Brandy in North America increased 28 percent in 2022 from a year ago, amid enhanced distribution and visibility of its products across the United States and Canada
“Emperador brandy products have increasingly become ubiquitous in these parts of North America. This is in line with our relentless efforts of globalization while making Emperador Brandy a household name in other parts of the world,” Emperador International chief executive Glenn Manlapaz said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.
Manlapaz said brandy sales in North America were expected to post a stronger growth in 2023.
Emperador Brandy products are available at various off-premise establishments across the United States and Canada.
Emperador Light is available in 229 outlets of Albertsons, an American grocery company founded and headquartered in Boise, Idaho. It is the second largest supermarket chain in North America with over 2,200 stores.
