Boutique property developer Arthaland Corp. plans to launch two residential projects this year as part of its plan to grow its portfolio by five times in five years, according to a top executive.

Arthaland president Jaime Gonzalez said during a stockholders meeting the company would launch a sustainable luxury residential development in Makati called Eluria.

Eluria, located in Legazpi Village, will be Arthaland’s pioneer development in the major central business district.

The project is an ultra-low density building with only 37 residential units at a maximum of two apartments per floor. The company will design the elevator cabins to open into residents’ personal lobbies to provide utmost security and privacy.

“In keeping with our commitment to be best-in-class, our staff who will provide unparalleled round-the-clock services to households will be trained with world-class professional skills, providing these at the highest quality standards to ensure the satisfaction, comfort and convenience of the building’s residents,” Gonzalez said

Arthaland is also set to launch by the third quarter this year a six-tower residential development at Sevina Park in Binan, Laguna.

The project expands Arthaland’s portfolio by targeting the broader market segment of the real estate industry.

The first tower will offer a mix of studio and one-bedroom units and will have a gross floor area of 16,300 square meters.

Arthaland will also sell commercial lots at Sevina Park to complement the generous amenities in the area.

The company said it will sell 10,000 square meters of land zoned for commercial use this year and will retain about 5,500 sq. m. for its own development and use.
