Megaworld Corp. said Monday it expects to raise up to P1.9-billion in sales from a newly launched residential project in Bacolod City.
Megaworld said in a disclosure to the stock exchange it launched the 12-story Herald Parksuites, its fourth residential condominium development with the 34-hectare The Upper East township in Bacolod City.
Under the plan, the new residential tower will offer 246 studio and two-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 24 square meters to 109 sq. m.
“Taking inspiration from the posh apartments in New York City’s Upper East Side, this new residential tower will highlight Bacolod’s first ‘smart home’ amenities in a condominium with select loft units in generous layouts,” Megaworld Bacolod vice president for sales and marketing Jennifer Palmares-Fong said.
The project is slated for completion by 2028.
