Major property developer Ayala Land Inc. is set to unveil Seda Residences Makati, its first serviced apartment in the country’s central business district, in the second quarter of 2019.

Ayala Land said in a statement posted on its website Seda Residences Makati is within the Ayala North Exchange, a two-tower mixed-use building along the Ayala Avenue in Makati.

Ayala Land said Seda Residences offers unparalleled city views from its 293 fully-furnished and fully-equipped serviced residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.

The property offers a complete range of facilities and amenities ideal for overnight or long-term stays.

The bigger residences have a living room, kitchenette, dining area, and washer dryer, while studios are a compact one-room affair.

Shared facilities include Seda’s signature Misto restaurant and Straight Up roof deck bar—the highest in Makati—a swimming pool, game room, children’s playroom, an e-lounge, and fitness center, as well as meeting and event spaces and serviced offices.

The hotel is offering an introductory rate of P5,500 per day for a stay period of June to November.

Seda Residences Makati stands right next to other dining options at the Ayala North Exchange Tower 2.

It is a 10-minute walk to Ayala Malls Greenbelt and approximately 40 minutes’ drive via Skyway from the Ninoy Aquino International Airports and domestic terminals.

Seda Residences Makati is the 10th property in the Philippines under the Seda Hotels brand, wholly-owned and managed by Ayala Land.

Ayala Land earlier said it had earmarked P10 billion to scale up the hotel portfolio of its homegrown hotel brand Seda Hotel to 3,268 rooms by 2020.

Aside from Seda Residences Makati, the company is also set to open Seda Cebu IT Park with 214 rooms and the second tower of Seda Hotel in Bonifacio Global City with 342 rooms.

Ayala Land in 2020 will complete Seda Manila Bay in Aseana City, Parañaque City with 350 rooms and a second tower for Seda Nuvali with 206 rooms.

Seda currently has 1,863 rooms under its portfolio from nine properties, namely BGC, Cagayan de Oro, Davao City, Nuvali in Laguna, Iloilo, Quezon City, Bacolod, Cebu and Lio Tourism Estate in El Nido town, Palawan.
