Cathy Land Inc. is investing P1 billion in two vertical developments in South Forbes Golf City in Laguna province, as demand for residential buildings an hour away from the metropolis remains strong.
The twin condominium development will complement existing projects inside the 500-hectare property.
“Industrial and residential activity is on the uptrend in the south, particularly in the Metro Sta. Rosa-Silang-Tagaytay area. This makes it an opportune time to launch two of our new low-rise condominium projects both for the investor and end-user communities,” said Cathay Land president Jeffrey Ng.
Cathay Land’s township projects”•Stanford Suites 3 and Fullerton Suites”•are located within South Forbes Golf City.
Ng said South Forbes Golf City’s boutique communities were inspired by modern interpretations of classic architectural themes. Stanford Suites 3 is geared towards young families, retirees and investors given its prime location near Westborough Town Centre.
