Learn To Trade denies allegations

Learn to Trade Philippines denied allegations made by its former employees that it is conducting an online trading business and is not a registered corporation in the country.

“The corporation is duly registered before the SEC [Securities and Exchange Commission]. It has wholly complied with all the requirements prescribed by laws and will faithfully adhere to all regulatory standards,” said Atty. Herschel Magracia, legal counsel of LTT.

Magracia said given its valid recognition, LTT remained and continued to provide service to all its valued clientele.

He said LTT is engaged in teaching and coaching its clients on how to trade in currency exchanges and is not involved in on-line trading.

“The company is duly authorized to provide coaching services on currency exchanges in accordance with its articles of incorporation as approved by SEC and legitimately operates within that authorized framework,” Magracia said.

Coaches are limited to coaching and consultation only and were not directly engaged in trading the money of their clients, he said.
