DigiPlus Interactive, the company behind BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, SpinPlus and GameZone, said it is introducing safeguards to promote responsible gaming in the Philippines.
The company said it implemented an in-app “Responsible Gaming” tab, allowing users to set daily gaming duration limits, customize play schedules, and cap losses and deposits. Users can also voluntarily pause gaming access.
DigiPlus said it is also conducting an expert-led webinar series, “Tamang Laro, Tamang Panalo,” to educate players on responsible gaming, financial literacy and well-being. It also provides financial coaching sessions.
The company, in partnership with Philippine Amusement Gaming Corp., launched “Pusta de Peligro,” a nationwide campaign focused on prevention, education and intervention. The campaign includes short films raising awareness about self-control, financial discipline and responsible gameplay.
“Responsible gaming is not just a compliance requirement for us—it’s a core part of the DigiPlus DNA,” DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco said in a statement.
“By integrating global best practices in player protection, financial education, and digital responsibility, we are setting the standard for a safer, more mindful gaming experience in the Philippines.” Said Eusebio.
DigiPlus said its responsible gaming efforts are part of its broader commitment to responsible digitalization, a pillar of the BingoPlus Foundation.
