Real Capital Analytics (RCA) recognized JLL Philippines as the top investment broker in the country for 2022 after it reportedly managed over $96 million in transactions, representing 80 percent of the market in 2022.
JLL Philippines’ head of capital markets Ryan Isip said this is the second time JLL placed first, receiving the same recognition for managing $127 million, about 48 percent of market share in 2020.
