KFC introduces self-ordering robot

KFC Philippines introduced a creative solution to help ensure that its counters will not become too crowded as people are now trooping back to the stores and basking in the comforting familiarity of outside dining again.

The world-famous chicken and future-oriented QSR chain introduced Ken, an innovative solution and a faster option for customers to order their KFC OG favorites.

Ken is KFC’s first-ever talking stationary self-ordering robot that reduces the ordering time at its branches. The robot is a digitized alternative that allows customers to conveniently customize their orders and skip the line at the counter.

Once the orders are processed, the food can be readily claimed at the counter.

The unique talking robot helps customers order their favorite OG fix at KFC SM Megamall and Trinoma.
