Globe Telecom has signed a partnership with AC Logistics to manage the company’s warehousing and distribution operations to improve product availability and delivery efficiency across the Philippines.
Under the agreement, AC Logistics will handle the storage, management and dispatch of SIM cards, mobile devices, trade materials and retail collaterals from its MCX Warehouse in Muntinlupa City.
The facility will function as the primary hub for Globe, facilitating distribution to retail channels and partners throughout the country.
Globe officials said the collaboration is expected to streamline supply chain processes and accelerate product deployment, specifically within high-growth regions. The warehouse is equipped to manage high-volume operations, including inventory management, inbound receiving and outbound logistics.
Located along the Muntinlupa–Cavite Expressway, the hub provides access to Metro Manila and surrounding provinces while serving as a central point for nationwide delivery routes.
The companies did not disclose the specific value of the contract, but noted the strategic importance of the location for logistical agility.
Globe chief financial officer and chief risk officer Carlo Puno said the partnership strengthens a critical component of the company’s operations by improving speed and consistency in delivering products to customers and partners.
“With AC Logistics, we gain a trusted partner who supports our mission to deliver reliable service where it matters most,” Puno said.
The partnership aims to address the complexities of a nationwide operation by utilizing precision-driven supply chain services.
AC Logistics president and chief executive Erry Hardianto said the collaboration allows the company to support Globe’s operations through reliable logistics infrastructure.
“Our role is to ensure their supply chain moves with precision, reliability, and the agility required by a nationwide operation,” Hardianto said.
