The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA) inducts its 2026 officers, marking the start of a year focused on supporting member developers and advancing the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development’s (DHSUD) beneficiary-centric housing program to help address the country’s housing backlog. SHDA Chairman Francis Richmond Villegas and national president Kerwin Padua will lead the organization through the implementation phase.
