Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines (CCEAP), the bottling partner and official distributor of Coca-Cola products in the country, has appointed Ramon Christian “Chris” Pesigan as its new president and CEO, effective January 2026.
Pesigan succeeds Gareth McGeown, who served as president and CEO for seven years and led the company through a period of sustained growth and operational milestones in the Philippine market.
Pesigan joined CCEAP in 2013 and has since held several senior leadership roles, including Commercial Go-to-Market director and General Tradedirector. He played a key role in strengthening the company’s commercial strategy and elevating trade execution standards nationwide.
Most recently, he served as commercial vice president for more than two years, where he helped enhance Coca-Cola’s market competitiveness and deepen partnerships with customers, ensuring broader access to its beverage portfolio across Filipino households.
“It is an honor to lead Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines at such a transformative time. With our 9,000 associates as our greatest strength, we remain committed to delivering sustainable growth for our people, customers, and communities,” Pesigan said.
McGeown will assume the role of Vice President and General Manager for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners’ Australia, Pacific, and Southeast Asia business unit. He expressed confidence in Pesigan’s leadership, noting that the appointment reflects the strong foundation built by the organization and its teams.
The leadership transition builds on Coca-Cola’s 114-year presence in the Philippines, as CCEAP continues to advance its role as a total beverage company committed to long-term growth and community engagement.
