The Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC) said it will sell a portfolio of corporate and closed bank assets, including prime commercial condominium units in Davao City and various properties across Visayas and Mindanao, through an electronic public bidding on Feb. 25 and 26.
The state deposit insurer said the assets would be sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Bidding starts at 9 a.m. on Feb. 25 and concludes at 1 p.m. on Feb. 26. All bids should be submitted through the PDIC e-bidding portal, with the official opening of bids scheduled for 2 p.m. on the final day.
Featured in the sale are four commercial condominium units and four parking slots at the Landco Corporate Centre in Davao City. Minimum disposal prices for the condo units range from about P7.95 million to P8.37 million, while parking slots are priced between P600,000 and P900,000.
The broader portfolio includes 45 agricultural lots, 19 residential lots and 4 mixed-use residential and agricultural properties. These land holdings range in size from 82 square meters to 10 hectares.
Prospective buyers should complete a one-time registration on the PDIC portal to participate in the auctions.
