The ePay system provides a secure digital platform integrated with LandBank of the Philippines Link.BizPortal.

The system enables the collection of miscellaneous payments, customs duties and taxes for non-E2M transactions and other authorized charges.

It covers payments for manually processed goods declarations under informal entry procedures. According to the agency, this addresses a critical segment of transactions that were previously excluded from automated customs systems.

By expanding digital payment options, the agency aims to reduce delays and limit manual processes while safeguarding government revenue.

BOC Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the move ensures every transaction is handled with greater transparency and accountability.

Nepomuceno said the goal is to make the system work better for the public.

The agency encouraged importers, exporters, licensed customs brokers and other stakeholders to utilize the portal for applicable transactions.

Detailed user guidelines and instructional materials have been made available on the official BOC website.
