UnionBank, IKEA team up for zero-percent installment plans

Union Bank of the Philippines said Friday it teamed up with IKEA to offer zero-percent installment payment plans for purchases via UnionBank PayEasy.

Under the PayEasy program, UnionBank credit cardholders can avail a three-month zero-percent installment plan for a minimum purchase of P10,000.

Meanwhile, customers who spend at least P20,000 can avail a six-month zero-percent installment plan.

“This partnership with IKEA is about giving our cardholders the ability to transform personal spaces into reflections of one’s lifestyle—whether it’s a cozy nook for unwinding, a vibrant corner for creativity, or a minimalist setup that brings clarity and calm, all while enjoying the ease and flexibility of UnionBank PayEasy,” said UnionBank executive vice president and cards and consumer loans head Mukul Sukhani.

UnionBank credit cardholders who shop at IKEA and avail of the zero-percent installment plan from Sept. 26 to Nov. 22, 2025, will also have the chance to win an IKEA gift card worth P300,000.

The bank said those who avail the three-month installment plan for a minimum spend of P10,000 will earn one raffle entry, while those who spend P20,000 for the six-month installment plan will receive three raffle entries.

“With these exclusive perks, UnionBank empowers its cardholders to shop smarter. Whether it’s functional furniture, cozy accents, or statement pieces, every purchase at IKEA can now be enjoyed with greater ease, flexibility, and value,” the bank said in a statement.
