Robinsons Land Corp (RLC) is set to open three new flexible office hubs before the end of 2025 to meet continued strong demand from the Information Technology and Business Process Management (IT-BPM) sector.
RLC president and chief executive Mybelle Aragon-Gobio said demand remains strong for its work.able sites not only in Metro Manila but also in provincial areas.
“We will continue to grow the business because there is demand for it,” Aragon-Gobio said.
The company is eyeing locations for expansion based on market needs and is currently consolidating requirements for next year’s pipeline, which may include provincial sites.
Firms are reportedly looking to start with minimal capital expenditure by leasing fitted office space, allowing them to test new locations before committing to long-term leases.
“Eventually, we hope that it will graduate to a permanent take-up,” she said.
The three new work.able sites will be located in Bridgetown Pasig and Robinsons Summit Center in Makati.
Meanwhile, RLC recently opened its second office tower, GBF Tower 2, within Bridgetowne in Quezon City. The opening comes two years after the launch of GBF Center 1.
GBF Center 2 features an inverted silhouette, with larger, premium office spaces on higher floors offering panoramic views of Ortigas and the Sierra Madre. Each floor offers 2,800 square meters of flexible workspace.
The building has a double-glazed curtain wall façade, reflective glass panels, and a distinctive sloped edge for a minimalist, modern look.
The building also integrates smart and sustainable features such as touchless access through facial recognition, state-of-the-art air filtration systems, and energy-efficient materials that enhance natural daylight and reduce consumption.
