The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) delivers various programs and services across the Philippines as part of the nationwide initiative, ‘Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat’. These services, which included free Internet access, the Government Emergency Communications System, eGovPH Kiosks, job fairs, cybersecurity awareness campaigns, digital literacy trainings and digital job opportunities, were aimed at providing citizens with quick access to government services and strengthening their digital knowledge
