Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Vince Dizon has ordered the perpetual revocation of the driver’s license of a motorist who was caught driving on the wrong side of the Skyway.
CCTV footage from around 3:32 a.m. showed the driver moving against traffic, creating a dangerous situation for oncoming vehicles.

“A suspension is not enough for this driver because the CCTV footage clearly shows they endangered the lives of others,” Dizon said.
“I have ordered the permanent revocation of their driver’s license so that their reckless driving will not be imitated,” he said.
Dizon also encouraged the public to continue reporting such incidents to the Department of Transportation (DOTr) for swift action.
