Lemery logistics, supply chain hub now fully operational

The Sinisian Lemery Batangas Port & Industrial Park (SLBPIP), a P5-billion logistics and supply chain hub south of Manila, is now fully completed and operational, the company announced Monday.

SLBPIP chief executive Ferdinand Co said the 7-hectare industrial estate integrates three major components: a deep-water port, a cement silo and a fuel depot.

“We are now fully operating and actively serving our locators. The modern estate is designed to provide high-quality services and value-added solutions to industrial clients,” Co said, noting that development began during the pandemic and was fast-tracked in 2024.

Its port, capable of handling vessels up to 50,000 deadweight tons, caters to both international and domestic shipping needs.

Strategically located in Sinisian, Lemery, the park offers convenient access for trade and logistics across Southern Luzon and beyond.

Port services include cargo handling, pilotage and tugboat assistance, chandling, bunkering, water tendering, ship agency, cargo surveying, trucking, and comprehensive warehousing and inventory management.

SLBPIP also hosts bulk storage facilities for cement, oil, chemicals and other petroleum products, along with warehouses for dry bulk and general cargo.

Its sister firm, Lemery Cement Silo Tank Corporation, operates a bulk cement and slag terminal equipped with blending and manufacturing capabilities. Products are available in bulk, 40-kilogram bags and ton bags, with an annual production capacity of about 2 million tons.

Meanwhile, Lemery Oil Terminal Corp., another sister company, manages the estate’s fuel depot. The facility is open to independent oil and fuel importers, offering long-term leases for gasoline and diesel tank storage. Othel V. Campos
