AG&P Industrial, a subsidiary of AG&P International Holdings, has completed the fabrication and shipment of critical modular components for Ampol’s Future Fuels Gasoline Desulphurisation Project at the Lytton Refinery in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
“Successfully completing this project to the highest standards of safety and quality is a proud moment for us,” said Alex Gamboa, AG&P Industrial president and managing director of Global Business Development.
“Our work with Kent and Ampol demonstrates the value AG&P Industrial brings to mission-critical infrastructure that enables cleaner, more efficient energy systems.”
Under an agreement with UK-based Kent PLC, AG&P Industrial supplied 18 pre-assembled pipe racks (PAR), 16 pre-assembled units (PAU), and 19 pre-assembled support structures (PAS).
The modular units are part of Ampol’s major refinery upgrade, which will reduce fuel emissions and comply with Australia’s Euro 6 sulfur emissions standards. These standards require fuel sulfur content to be less than 10 parts per million by 2025.
The modules were manufactured in the Philippines and shipped to Australia, logging over 2 million safe man-hours with zero lost-time injuries.
“This project adds to AG&P Industrial’s growing portfolio of international infrastructure solutions,” Gamboa said. “We are proud to contribute to Australia’s energy goals while showcasing Filipino craftsmanship and modular construction expertise.”
AG&P Industrial continues to position itself as a key partner in global infrastructure development, offering engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, installation, commissioning (EPFCIC), and operations and maintenance (O&M) services.
