VinFast and MGA.414 Corp., operator of the JIGA auto service chain, signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand VinFast’s electric vehicle (EV) service network in the Philippines, with plans to establish 100 service centers nationwide by year-end.
“Our collaboration with JIGA reinforces VinFast’s commitment to delivering an optimal EV ownership experience in the Philippines. By combining VinFast’s green vision with JIGA’s professional service network, we are driving sustainable transportation forward,” said VinFast Asia chief executive Pham Sanh Chau.
Under the MOU, VinFast and JIGA will designate service centers as official VinFast hubs or authorized facilities for repair, warranty, and maintenance.
JIGA’s centers will adhere to VinFast’s strict standards in infrastructure, equipment and expertise while ensuring genuine parts and services for customers.
The partnership addresses the rising demand for EVs in the Philippines and underscores VinFast’s long-term commitment to green transformation.
The Vietnamese EV manufacturer will support JIGA with personnel training, technical consultation, and knowledge-sharing to accelerate the service network’s expansion.
JIGA, a leading automotive service provider specializing in tires, wheels and vehicle maintenance, operates 16 facilities across Luzon, Visayas and key metro areas.
