Makati remains a sought-after real estate hub due to strong demand, limited new residential supply, and investor confidence. A 2024 report by Colliers Philippines showed Makati’s office vacancy rate at 8.3 percent, below Metro Manila’s 19.8 percent, highlighting the city’s economic strength.
Located on Chino Roces Avenue, Avida Towers Makati Southpoint targets both investors and end-users seeking residences in a prime location. The final tower reflects demand for modern, sustainable living spaces.
