State-run Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) acknowledged Hann Philippines Inc.’s expansion in New Clark City, which includes the first phase of a 10-hectare public park within the 450-hectare Hann Reserve, a luxurious resort destination.
The park will integrate Philippine folklore with the stunning backdrop of Mount Pinatubo, offering a space where nature and culture merge.
The park is divided into three phases. Phase 1, the Active Zone, will feature mountain bike trails, fitness areas, and treetop bridges, with completion expected by late 2026.
Phase 2, the Passive Zone, will provide shaded walkways and relaxing seating areas, set for completion by late 2028.
Phase 3, the Kids Zone, will include playful, folklore-inspired structures and climbing areas, slated for completion by 2030.
BCDA president and chief executive Joshua M. Bingcang views this development as a major milestone in New Clark City’s progress, emphasizing its role in promoting health, well-being and community connection.
“This park is a promise of a greener and healthier future for all our citizens. We believe that public spaces like these foster connection, well-being, and a sense of belonging. Let us appreciate and cherish this for generations to come,” he said.
Hann Philippines chairman and chief executive Dae Sik Han said the park would enhance the overall experience for visitors seeking wellness, nature-based leisure and entertainment.
