Italpinas Development Corp. (IDC) has partnered with Dusit International, one of Thailand’s leading hotel and property development companies, to manage its planned hotel developments in Northern Mindanao.
IDC said Monday its wholly owned subsidiary IDC Prime signed an agreement with Dusit International to operate the two upcoming hotel developments located in Bukidnon and Cagayan de Oro.
The first hotel project Dusit Princess Moena, will be located within IDC’s Moena Mountain Estate in the uplands of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon.
Slated to open by the last quarter of 2029, this proposed 1.5-hectare mixed-use development will consist of an eight-story green building as well as a grouping of luxury villas.
The second hotel, Dusit Princess Firenze, is also scheduled to open by the last quarter of 2029. The hotel will be located within IDC’s Firenze Green Tower project, in the Limketkai area in Cagayan de Oro.
The proposed 14-story mixed-use green building will consist of commercial, residential, and hotel areas, as well as first class amenities and parking.

IDC’s two hotel projects are in partnership with Go family the original owners of the two sites.

Dusit’s portfolio currently includes 301 properties operating across 18 countries, including 57 properties under Dusit Hotels and Resorts and 244 luxury villas under Elite Havens, the leading provider of luxury villa rentals in Asia.
Dusit-branded hotels currently operating in the Philippines include Dusit Thani Manila, Dusit Thani Mactan Cebu Resort, Dusit Thani Residence Davao, dusitD2 Davao, and Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort.
