Property developer Megaworld Corp. said it expects to generate P3.5 billion in sales from new residential condominium Saint-Marcel Residences in Pampanga province.
The development is located in the 35.6-hectare Capital Town in San Fernando City. The 17-story building will have 361 ‘smart home’ units in different sizes, including studio, one-bedroom and three-bedroom options.
“There is still a strong demand for themed residential developments in Capital Town as we continue building more components of the township. We envision Saint-Marcel Residences to be an appealing address for young, well-traveled Kapampangans who want to immerse themselves in the beauty of their community,” Eugene Lozano, Megaworld Pampanga senior vice president for sales and marketing said in a statement sent over the weekend.
Saint-Marcel Residences will be near a vibrant commercial area and a transport hub, just a short walk from a rainwater park. The building’s design features a modern French style with a white façade and large windows.
Residents will have access to a high-ceiling lobby and various amenities.
Other amenities include adult and kiddie pools, pool deck with lounge, trellised lounge and outdoor play area for children. There will also be a function room that can host more than 100 people at a time, an outdoor spill-over function area, pre-function area, daycare and a bi-level game room.
Each unit will also come with smart home systems for added convenience controlling several unit features, including lighting fixtures and other smart appliances in the living, kitchen and dining areas as well as the bedroom.
The condo will also have various sustainability features, such as low flow rate fixtures, occupancy sensors at hallways, energy-efficient equipment, rainwater harvesting facility and materials recovery facility.
The condominium is expected to be completed by 2030, adding to Megaworld’s existing portfolio of over 1,300 launched residential units in Capital Town.
