The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 4 will be closed next month for renovation, according to the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC).
Cebu Pacific said all Cebgo flights to and from NAIA would be transferred from Terminal 4 to Terminal 2 starting Nov. 7, 2024.
The airline unit of the Gokongwei Group said notifications would be sent to passengers on the terminal change.
Flights to be transferred include Manila to Busuanga, Catalan (Boracay), Cebu, Legazpi, Masbate, Naga, San Jose, Siargao, Surigao and vice versa.
“This is part of CEB’s ongoing collaboration with the New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. to improve the efficiency of operations at NAIA,” the airline said.
Cebu Pacific said it fully supports the long-term vision of the NNIC and would continue to work with its partners, so plans are executed smoothly.
The airline operates in 35 domestic and 26 international destinations spread across Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
Cebu Pacific earlier posted a net income of P3.54 billion in the first half of 2024, down from P3.74 billion in the same period last year.
Revenues amounted to P51.439 billion, up by 18.1 percent from P43.55 it billion earned in the same period last year.
Cebu Pacific operates one of the youngest fleets in the world, with its diversified commercial fleet mix of nine Airbus 330s, 40 Airbus 320s, 23 Airbus 321s and 15 ATR turboprop aircraft enabling the widest network coverage in the Philippines.
