Billionaire Andrew Tan is set to list on Monday his privately-owned real estate firm Emperador Properties in the Spanish Stock Exchange.

Emperador Properties said in a statement Tuesday the company, which is structured as a real estate investment trust, will list in Spain’s BME Growth Stock Exchange on Dec. 19 with “YEPSA” as trading symbol.

“To be listed in the Spanish Stock Exchange is, for any company, an important milestone. We are looking forward to seeing how Emperador Properties evolves in this new stage. Our commitments to our employees, tenants and partners remain as present as always in our day-to-day life,” said Joan Cortés Vilardell, chief executive of Emperador Properties.

Emperador Properties, which will not raise fresh capital from the listing, wholly owns three assets in Spain, including the 57-story Torre Emperador Castellana and the 35-story Torre Caleido Shopping Center in Madrid and the 23-story Torre Diagonal One in Barcelona.
