Property developer Westchester Realty Corp. said over the weekend it earmarked P300 million for the refurbishing and renovation of facilities and amenities of GA Tower 2 as it paves the way for the condominium project’s redevelopment.

WRC president and chief executive Nico Valencia said the re-development forms part of its commitment to deliver to homebuyers fully-refurbished amenities, including the general repainting of the entire GA Tower 2.

“Following our successful re-launch of [GA Tower] early last month, the market is very much upbeat as we’re able to sell more than 120 units in the span of less than a month. And in this regard, we intend to go full blast in pouring-in additional capital expenditures so we can deliver what we have promised to our buyers ahead of schedule” Valencia said.

He said the company’s goal for the GA Tower project is to provide “affordable luxury” coupled with convenience as the condominium project boasts of its location and complete amenities for condominium dwellers in Metro Manila.

Located along EDSA and beside Boni-MRT Station, GA Tower boasts not only of its strategic location but also its amenities and affordable pricing made available for Pag-IBIG home borrowers.

WRC acquired and took over the re-development and disposal of multi-billion worth of housing inventory from Pag-IBIG Fund.

“The market’s positive response has been very inspiring, to say the least. This can be attributed to the project’s most affordable pricing scheme that we have prepared particularly for qualified Pag-IBIG Fund member-borrowers. It’s location and amenities provide homebuyers the opportunity to own condominium units right at the center of everything,” Valencia said.

Westchester offers the lowest and most affordable condominium units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms at an average price of P2.8 to 3.4 million. With a minimum down payment of 10 percent, home-buyers can start owning their dream condo.
