Leading property developer Bria Homes continues its rapid expansion in Southern Luzon with the opening of its condo sales office in Calamba, Laguna.
The move follows the successful groundbreaking in March of Bria Condo in Calamba. The consistent uptick in sales of its units is driving Bria to expand in the Calabarzon region, proving the real demand for the developer’s trademark value-for-money housing.
Bria Homes also expanded its sales team and manpower. The new sales office is expected to help maximize the company’s resources and accommodate aspiring homeowners in Laguna and other areas.
The inauguration of the sales office welcomed real estate buyers and sellers on June 25, 2022.
