AllHome, the country’s pioneering one-stop full line home center owned by the Villar Group, opened two new stores in Metro Manila as it pursues expansion amid the pandemic.

The two stores are located at Worldwide Corporate Center along Shaw Blvd. in Mandaluyong City and at Evia Lifecenter Center in Las Pinas City.

“We are excited to continue pursuing our strategy of store expansion for AllHome, especially in Metro Manila. We continue to anticipate the country’s return to normal, and all economic signs point to the brisk recovery of the retail industry,” AllHome chairman Manuel Villar Jr. said.

AllHome has 57 stores nationwide.

AllHome said foot traffic in its stores saw improvement over the 2020 level. It said foot traffic in November 2021 registered a 22-percent improvement over October, indicative of customers’ comfort level with in-store shopping and reflective of the continued opening up of the economy.

The company said its merchandise mix saw an improvement, with the share of soft categories continuing to increase.

AllHome said sales in the first three quarters of 2021 already surged past pre-pandemic levels in 2019, growing by 24 percent. It said earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization were up 27 percent while net income after tax grew 30 percent.

The stores feature seven product categories including hardware, construction, tiles and sanitary wares, furniture, appliances, linens and homewares.

Aside from in-store experience, AllHome allows shoppers to buy their home needs on the go, including via personal shopper, curbside pick-up or online delivery.

“Our latest AllHome stores in our Worldwide Corporate Center is part of our initiative to close 2021 on a strong note—one that expands

AllHome presence in Metro Manila and takes advantage of the re-opening economy and the increasing comfort level of shoppers to re-experience in-store shopping,” AllHome vice chairman Camille Villar said.

“Mandaluyong shoppers will learn firsthand about our commitment to providing premium and affordably priced choices as well as unique value-added services when it comes to building and furnishing homes—in-store or online,” she said.
