Henann Group, AirAsia Zest form partnership

The Henann Group of Resorts has tapped AirAsia Zest to promote its world-class hotels in Boracay, Bohol and Palawan.

Henann Group under the partnership agreement will use AirAsia Zest A320 aircraft, painted in vibrant blue with Henann’s logo prominently displayed on both sides of the aircraft in an effort to promote the luxury hotel resort chain and further boost travel and tourism in the Philippines.

“We are thrilled and honored to carry a homegrown luxury resort brand that does not only proudly promote the Philippines but also values a strong, innovative service culture, which are also the hallmarks of AirAsia’s brand of service,” AirAsia Philippines chief executive Joy Cañeba said.

“This synergy aims to bring more tourists into the country and offer them to experience the Filipino brand of excellent service,” she said.

Henann Group of Resorts is set to formally open its biggest hotel and resort property in Panglao Island in Bohol on August 22.

“Our partnership with AirAsia, a globally recognized brand, is anchored on a shared commitment which is to deliver value and the best quality service,” Henann Group of Resorts chairman Henry Chusuey said.

“We are excited to be involved in this collaborative project to create brand awareness on the ground and in the skies, to encourage and engage guests from the airline’s massive network in the whole of Asean region and extending as far as China, Korea and beyond to come to the Philippines and enjoy the amazing beaches and our superb resort facilities,” Chusuey said.

The Henann Group of Resorts operates three top-rated properties in Boracay–The Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Spa, the Henann Garden Resort, and the Henann Lagoon Resort. The largest in Panglao Island, Henann Resort Alona Beach, Bohol, has the longest and widest beachfront, all of 125 meters of white sand along Alona Beach.

AirAsia flies three times daily to Bohol from Manila. The airline is offering an all-in promo fares from as low as P688 to domestic and international destinations starting  August 24 to September 6.

AirAsia Philippines signed a strategic alliance with Filipino carrier ZestAir in March 2013 and moved its operation from Clark, Pampanga to Manila’s major gateway, Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Zest Air was later rebranded to AirAsia Zest.
