Capital One continues hiring

Capital One Philippine Support Services Corp., the local operations contact centre facility of US-based Capital One Financial Corp., said it continues to invest in the Filipino talent through a unique and innovative recruitment campaign.

Dubbed as “reserved seats,” a concept derived from the practice of giving exclusive access to movie theatres, COPSSC describes careers in the information technology and business process management industry as similar to VIP treatment at blockbuster movies.

“In Capital One, we are reserving the best seats in the house for the best talent. If you’re passionate and driven, Capital One is the right company for you,” said COPSSC general manager Paul Townsend.

COPSSC said it aimed to fill hundreds of call centre representative roles in 2015 as it continued to pioneer the best practices in the industry by giving the Filipino a workplace where they can be their best – and find both professional and personal rewards.

“Since we started our operation here in 2013, we’ve seen how valuable the amazing Filipino talent is through their commitment to not only their work but also to giving back to the community. They deserve to be treated like VIPs. Capital One wants to give them that sense of fulfillment,” said Townsend.
