The Private-Public Partnership Center said Thursday it has developed an online portal where project proponents and government agencies can exchange information on infrastructure projects.
PPP Center executive director Cosette Canilao said from outsourcing such technology, the country could now develop its own version of an online data exchange platform.
“PPP has now developed its own data room, before it was outsourced,” Canilao said.
The PPP knowledge portal will be a virtual data rooms designed for bidding projects.
“We are setting up the PPP knowledge portal to improve information exchange between the public [proponents] and the government as regards the programs in the pipeline,” Canilao said.
“This technology will have an audit trail capability to make sure there is no information symmetry to non-qualified bidder,” she said.
