More than 90 fire trucks, rescue vehicles, fire ladders and ambulances took part in the parade, highlighting the important role of the firefighters in disaster response and community safety.

The lighting of the Globe at the Mall of Asia featured the AVFCFFP logo, symbolizing unity among fire brigades and volunteers under the One Fighter initiative to promote fire safety and volunteerism.

The parade was attended by a distinguished group of leaders and supporters, including president emeritus Go Pen Siong, consultant Wang Liduan and current president Arvin Sy.

Honorary presidents Yang Jieping, Zeng Wenrong, Huang Guoqing, William Yap Castro, Jiang Jingchao, Wang Minjun and Mariano Ong as well as executive vice president Alejandro Co and vice presidents Cai Chenggong, Zhuang Shunyi, and Xu Fuxing, were also present.

Other notable attendees included honorary vice presidents Wang Peizhing and Shi Duner, secretary generals Lin Yizhen and Luo Wenbin, treasurer Su Rongqiang, directors Wang Weimin, Wang Zide, Zheng Peiming, Luo Junyan and Zhu Feng, along with Captain Su Yunhui, Rep. The parade also served as a platform to recognize the contributions of the AVFCFFP and its members to fire prevention and firefighting efforts across the country.

Over the past 30 years since the association’s establishment, it has made significant strides in ensuring the safety of communities and enhancing the public’s understanding of fire prevention measures.

Their efforts have been widely recognized by government agencies, fire departments, and even the Chinese Embassy, as well as praised by various sectors of society.

Consultant Wang Liduan donated two fire trucks to the association, helping the AVFCFFP improve fire services and support rural areas in need.

Sy thanked the SM Group for showing the association’s logo on the Mall of Asia Globe, highlighting their support for fire safety and community welfare.

The event marked the start of Fire Prevention Month in March, coinciding with the dry season and higher fire risks.

The parade reminded the public to stay vigilant and praised firefighters for their dedication.

Under Sy’s leadership, the AVFCFFP remains committed to fire prevention and ensuring Filipinos are prepared for fire hazards.
