It serves as a platform for Filipino audiences to gain insights into Chinese culture and storytelling.

Chinese Embassy Charge D’Affaires Zhou Zhi Yong and FDCP chairperson Jose Reyes delivered speeches, emphasizing the role of films in fostering understanding and friendship between the two nations.

They highlighted how films act not only as entertainment but also as a bridge to cultural appreciation.

This year’s festival features five exceptional films, including the “Miracle: Stupid Child” which will be showcased across Metro Manila and Laguna province.

The initiative is supported by the China Movie Archive, Philippine Mega World Corp and Beijing Taige Movie and Television Corp.
