Manila City Mayor Francisco ‘Isko Moreno’ Domagoso leads the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the new 10-storey Rosauro Almario Elementary School in Tondo, Manila, on 19 July 2021. The new elementary school will have 227 air-conditioned classrooms.
