Vista Land bullish on Lessandra brand

Property developer Vista Land & Lifescsapes Inc. said Monday revenues of its affordable residential brand Lessandra will likely grow by 28 percent this year despite the health crisis.

Vista Land said Lessandra ended May with an 8-percent increase in sales month-on-month and a 43-percent growth over the same period last year.

The company said Lessandra sustained its growth momentum despite the pandemic amid strengthened digital efforts and continued project expansions.
