The victim was identified as Oliver Ignacio, a resident of Barangay San Roque in Navotas City who was a traffic enforcer and Navy reservist.

The victim’s cousin Mary Anne Esguerra identified him. She said Ignacio was abducted in an impounding area along C4 Road in Navotas around 4:45 p.m. on Thursday

Navotas police said three unidentified suspects aboard a black Montero abducted the victim.
